The 40-year-old comedian left jaws on the floor after posting a dramatic then-and-now comparison of herself from her first-ever appearance on The Tonight Show in 2009 to her latest stint on the same stage this week.
âFirst Tonight Show Jan 2009 âââ-> Latest Tonight Show Mar 2025,â she wrote on Instagram alongside the side-by-side snaps.
In the 2009 photo, Glaser is nearly unrecognizable: fair-skinned, minimal makeup, and dressed in a black ensemble with a blazer and knee-high boots.
But in her 2025 glow-up shot, she looks radiant in a metallic silver mini-dress, flaunting her toned legs, a deep tan, and full glam makeup.
Many fans took to the comment section to praise the transformation. âAging in reverse,â one user penned, while another remarked: âYesterday and today and tomorrow: A whip-smart bombshell.â
A third commented: âGetting hotter and looking hotter!!!â and a fourth added: âThatâs what I call a GLOW UP.â
The stand-up comic, who lit up the 2025 Golden Globes as host back in January, didnât just spark buzz with her transformation; she also stirred controversy with her unapologetic stance on cosmetic surgery and Ozempic during her Tonight Show chat.
âOh, I love it, I love. Iâm like, do it, do it. I have no judgment,â she said about people using the weight-loss medication. âIf you want to do Ozempic, hell yeah, girl.â
Glaser went even harder, criticizing the shame thrown at users of the diabetes drug for weight loss.
âThat shame comes from thin people who want you to stay fat,â she argued. âTheyâre so mad⌠But they canât say it right. They just go, âYouâre stealing medicine from diabetics who need it.â Thatâs their excuse. Like anyoneâs ever cared about someone with diabetes who doesnât have it.
âItâs suddenly all these thin white women who are like, âDiabetics need their meds.â No, I think youâre upset that Kathy Bates has a thigh gap,â she joked. âSheâs coming for you. Thatâs more what it could be about, I think.â

Glaser also openly embraced plastic surgery during her chat with Fallon, saying sheâs not only unbothered by the stigma â sheâs got a facelift scheduled.
âWait till the facelift,â she said. âThatâs coming. August 2026. Iâm gonna do it. I have no problem with that.
âThereâs kind of a stigma around getting face work or investing in your beauty and doing all these procedures. And there is maybe a little bit of a sadness to it, but I kind of also am like, âWell, it makes my life better,’â she added.
Glaser didnât mince words about the perks that come with glow-ups either: âPeople treat you better when youâre hotter. Itâs just a fact. Itâs a sad fact of life.â
